We guarantee to repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or material defect . This is provided that the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear.
Please ensure that you keep your receipt in order to validate your warranty. All of our products having minimum warranty of 3 months.
We do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to the goods due to the mishandling, negligence, abuse or misuse once goods has left our care.
Where goods are delivered, customers are to ensure suitable ,reasonable and safe access to their premises is available. If this is not available return transport costs and restocking fees of twenty five percent of the purchase price is applicable.
